Fees and Payment

Scope / use / administration

Prices are determined by print size, paper, and quantity, and any test print is billed separately unless stated otherwise in writing. Payment methods accepted by the studio may include card payment and bank transfer, and work may be held until payment is confirmed where appropriate.

Customer Content

Payments / cancellation / timing

You are responsible for providing accurate files and for holding all rights needed to submit the content for printing, including copyright, trademark, image, font, and personality rights where relevant. The studio may carry out basic file preflight and resolution review, but it does not verify spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy beyond the agreed review scope.

Intellectual Property

All website content, studio materials, and document text remain the property of Print Pro or its licensors, except for customer-supplied artwork and files. You grant Print Pro the limited right to use your submitted files only as needed to review, prepare, and produce the requested print work.

Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, Print Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and any liability arising from a service will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant work.
